How do I know if my vehicle needs an MOT?
You can check the date by which you meed to obtain an annual MOT certificate for your vehicle using the DVSAs website. Just enter your vehicles registration number and youll be given the relevant date.
How do I book an MOT?
Give us a call, request a callback, or call into the workshop office during business hours and well get your appointment set up. Often, a test can be done at short notice and/or while you wait. You can book your test to take place up to one calendar month before the required date.
What if my vehicle fails the test?
If possible, well undertake remedial work without the vehicle needing to go anywhere else, then re-test free of charge and provide your certificate.
You can still drive your vehicle if it fails the test and its existing MOT certificate is still valid (i.e. if your test was before the expiry date) as long as no dangerous problem(s) were listed in the MOT. You must get its defects attended to and have a re-test as soon as possible and before the existing certificate expires.
